I’ve been talking a many people lately who are experiencing a surge in anxiety, stress and depression. They find it difficult to see beyond the hurt and the sadness. For just too many, the dust is not settling easily, and the constant emotional agitation keeps the dust flying in a downward spiral of yuck.

Because of this general unease I’m sensing, I want to take some time this week to talk to you about my Programs. I know they can help you, whether the dust is settling for you and you feel ready to move forward on your spiritual path, or whether you feel stuck in the yuck. Take a look at what I offer, and feel if any of these can be used as a walking stick on your journey. The techniques I teach and the coaching I offer help my clients find a sense of inner peace.

One-on-one Program

I have experienced first-hand what damage anxiety and depression can do, and I found that meditation and connecting with Spirit/Source/Angels is key to changing those thoughts and emotions that keep us stuck. If you feel, like many others, that you’d like to roll up in a ball and disappear for a while… honour the feeling, but don’t stay stuck there. Reach out! Find the help you need. This 6-month Program reconnects you with your ability to take clear action steps to reach your goals and objectives. It’s been life-changing for my clients, and as their self-confidence and overall wellbeing increased they have noticed positive ripple effects in their relationships at home and at work.

For the duration of this Program, we meet twice a month either in person, through Skype or over the phone. I tap into what your Soul needs in the moment and we allow for Spirit to lead the session. You receive live Readings every month, and you get coached on what your soul really needs. You also receive email support throughout the Program.

This Program can start anytime following our initial conversation; there are no set intake dates.


Intuition Development Program

This is a 6-month group program. I teach techniques to connect to true Source energy, and we learn to make peace with and to develop intuitive gifts. This Program will provide you with all the basics you need to heal yourself, and you’ll learn techniques - and the ethics - to offer healing to people, pets and the environment. I’ll let my graduate students speak on this one:

Are you ready to raise your vibration and awareness, and awaken your ability to send healing to your body, and to other beings in this physical realm - including other humans, animals, and plants?

Join me for an intense weekend of training where you will learn the basics of Reiki and energy healing, and you will receive personal guidance on your healing journey. You will also have lots of practice time to hone your new skills!

Level 1 will focus on physical healing, so the students are gently introduced to energy work and can develop their skills in channeling and conducting high-level energy. Students will experience a strong shift in their awareness of their own healing powers and may experience the release of acute or chronic physical symptoms. Most of all, students will unlock their ability to heal themselves, their pets and others - even things! - in various situations.

In Level 1, you will develop your healing hands. We will have fun exploring the realm of energy as you gain confidence in your ability to feel energy with your physical body. You will learn to channel high-level energy for healing work. You will also learn foundational knowledge on the life of a Lightworker: coming out of the spiritual closet, self-care, self-healing, and daily energy routines. All hands on deck for this training!

Your commitment as a student is to be fully present for the full duration of the training, AND for the follow-up group sessions - 3 hours a month for the following 5 months. I firmly believe the follow up sessions are of utmost importance because it is during this time that you will learn to integrate energy work in your everyday life, and this is where the questions come up. I want to be available to you during this time of integration, so that your new vibration level is sustained. During the months of the follow-up, you will also have to prepare case studies to record your sessions and your progress. It is also during one of these follow-up sessions that you will receive a Reiki symbol to deepen your practice of physical healing.

There is a minimum of 4 students required, and a maximum of 8. The cost is $360 per person for the weekend and includes all material and group follow-up sessions until graduation.

Interpreting seemingly strange spiritual guidance... And a contest!

Spiritual guidance doesn't always make sense... I have a few spots left for the upcoming June 15-16 Reiki Level 1 class, and so I asked for guidance as how to reach out to those I can serve, those who could benefit from my teachings and from whom I could learn and grow as a teacher... I asked one Oracle card deck, then an other, and an other... the answers are the same: express sexuality, sensuality; flirt, have fun! Huh??? Won't this send the wrong message of what Reiki is about and cross professional, ethical and personal boundaries?? How do I interpret this message from the Fairies and my Joy Guides? Well, I'm laughing now and I put on some good music and was dancing outside in the sun and it really lifted my mood... does that count as sensuality? (it was not belly dancing or anything suggestive!!) Maybe I should let prospective students know that we will be using our creativity to access our deeper psyche, that we will dance together and do breathing exercises to help ego stand down and Spirit fully enter our bodies? Maybe I should get a new haircut, mani and pedi before the class?

I never thought that teaching Reiki could be a sensual experience - not in the physical sense, anyway... Although I am truly enjoying on the mental, emotional and spiritual level every moment I spend studying my material and preparing binders and exercises for the wonderful students who will grace me with their presence and energy!

New YouTube video: Spiritual Development Program

Phew!  I'm certainly learning lots this month about producing home videos!  I've been meaning to produce videos for some time, but my perfectionist self wanted to wait until I had the right technology, the right support crew, the right training, the right marketing platform...  And then I thought that if I keep waiting, it may just never happen and Spirit has been pushing me lately to get my message out there in a bigger way.  So here it is, a home-made video presenting my Spiritual Development Program!

I am receiving strong guidance lately to start teaching Reiki... but it will be my style of Reiki taught unlike in any other school or tradition. Level 1 will focus on physical healing, so the students are gently introduced to energy work and can develop their skills in channeling and conducting high-level energy. Students will experience a strong shift in their awareness of their own healing powers and may experience the release of acute or chronic physical symptoms. Most of all, students will unlock their ability to heal themselves, their pets and others in various situations.

This training will include information, meditations, discussions, intuitive coaching and practice time.  The information and knowledge shared, combined with creative exercises and meditation will ensure that both sides of your brain are involved in the learning process.  You will learn the basics of Reiki, how to apply the Reiki precepts in your everyday life, and you will learn (during a later group session), a Reiki symbol to deepen your practice and enhance your energy work.

Your commitment as a student is to be fully present for the full duration of the training, AND for the follow-up group sessions - up to 2 hours a month for 6 months. This step is unique to my style of teaching Reiki, and I believe the follow up sessions are of utmost importance because it is during this time that you will learn to integrate Reiki in your everyday life, and this is where the questions come up -- and also that's when resistance can show up!  I want to be available to you during this time of integration, so that your new vibration level is sustained. During the months of the follow-up, you will also have to prepare case studies to record your sessions and your progress.
