Helpful Meditation Position - Root chakra breath work

This position will help you release tense muscles at the base of your spine in the Root and Sacral Chakra areas.  Bringing your spine into alignment will assist the Energy to flow through you with more ease.  Breathe through the tension in your muscles...  and as they relax, so too will emotional and intellectual tension pertaining to safety, security, groundedness, abundance and lack.
